I love pumpkin. Not real pumpkin, mind you. Actually, I don’t remember ever having eaten pumpkin cooked as a veggie, you know, roasted, salted? (Ok, that’s my goal this fall/ winter!) I love pumpkin in soup, in lattes, breads, pies, cookies, and other creative dishes or desserts. I want to share a link that I just found—looks amazing—for Pumpkin Spice Scones. (Think Fat Bastard here) Get in my belly.
Pumpkin, get in my belly

I fully agree with your love for pumpkin. I love it too. I want to try making a pumpkin soup. I’ve seen it on some morning shows lately and it looks really yummy. Can’t wait to try the scone recipe! Yum!

Ooooh. I have some leftover pumpkin puree from muffins I made on Monday. Looks like I’ll be making these scones soon! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
